However if you find it unsuitable or are not entirely satisfied, provided you notify us within 7 days and return it to us within 28 days unused and in its original packaging and in perfect condition, you will be entitled to a refund or replacement.
Please ensure that the product is packed and labelled carefully so that it is not damaged or lost in transit as the goods are at your risk until they are returned to us. Please email us at shop@brissi.co.uk stating your order number and reason for the return of your order.
We recommend you send all the items insured and/or registered when sent through the mail and retain proof of postage. Please note we cannot refund return delivery charges unless the item you received was damaged or faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Placing an order with Brissi on-line is simple and safe. Browse through our rooms and products on offer and create your order at leisure. Enter the quantity of a particular product you would like to order and click the ‘Add to Bag’ button .
You will be taken to the Shopping Bag page and given the option to Checkout and complete your shopping or Continue Shopping and return to the store.
When you have finished shopping, click the ‘Checkout’ button at the top right of the screen. At this stage, please select your delivery service preference.
Once you have placed your order on-line, an email confirmation will be sent to you with your order details. This email will contain a link to a page on the site where you can track the progress of your order.
Goods will normally be despatched within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If your order is likely to take any longer or in the unlikely event that any of the items you have ordered are out of stock or made to order, we will check on the earliest date and contact you.

Safe Delivery
Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses. In order to ensure your order arrives safely, all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery.
International Delivery
For all international deliveries outside Europe, we will contact you once you have placed your order with a quote for shipment. Alternatively email us at shop@brissi.co.uk or call 020 8133 7491 for a quotation.
All overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by Customs and Excise delays. Please note that Brissi cannot be liable for any local import duties and taxes imposed.
Gifts Delivery
We are very happy to send gifts to your friends and loved ones. We would recommend you inform them in advance of the delivery, in order to avoid any confusion when the courier arrives and requests a signature of receipt.
Christmas Deliveries
Friday 21st December is the last day for UK mainland delivery in time for Christmas.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Switch, Solo and Delta as valid methods of payment.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.

We feel confident that credit card information entered on our site will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company. Our secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption uses 128-bit encryption, which is an industry standard. As a further precaution, your credit card details are not held on the Internet. Once your order has been transferred to our order processing system all credit card details are deleted from the website.
